Waiter/Waitress

We are looking for both full time and part time staff to join our team. 
Flexible hours, must be able to work evenings and weekends. 
You will get food on double shifts and staff discounts across the restaurants, as well as working with like minded people in a rapidly expanding business.

Chefs of all Levels Required

 

Chef De Partie

We are looking to recruit 2 experienced chefs to join our busy restaurant on Brighton Beach.
We specialise in serving freshly prepared classic fish and shellfish dishesin our busy Beach side location.
You will be working alongside a team of vastly experienced chefs who will be in a position to develop your knowledge of fish preparation and menu creation.
You will ideally have at least 3 years previous experience working for either a quality restaurant or gastro pub.
We offer an excellent salary plus tips package for all suitable candidates.
We are looking to recruit the right candidates as soon as possible so we can offer a full time position to start straight away.
We do also have the opportunity for freelance chefs looking to secure a contract just for the summer season.

Working hours will be between 45 and 50 hours a week, managed across split shifts and single shifts.
