Since opening our first Brighton restaurant in 2006 Riddle and Finns Champagne and Oyster Bars have become established as a leading business within the Brighton Restaurant scene.
We are incredibly proud of our team who strive to make every visit to our restaurants a memorable one. The quality of our seafood is matched by the quality of our service.
Supporting our community here in Brighton is very important to us and we we work with local charities, suppliers and independent small businesses whenever possible.
Sustainability is crucial in our industry. Our suppliers are chosen not only on the quality of the food and drinks they supply but also on how their products are sourced. We are committed to ensuring our environmental impact is kept to a minimum.
Local Suppliers
Working with the vibrant Brighton community, we take great pride in working with local suppliers and businesses.
Through our long term relationship with Brighton & Newhaven Fish Sales we work with local fishing boats to source the freshest, local produce.
Brighton Pride
Riddle & Finns has been a partner to Brighton Pride since 2018. It is a great privilege to sponsor Brighton pride and show our support to the LGBTQ+ community.
Each year we love being able to share the excitement & vibrancy that Pride brings to the city and help celebrate with food and drinks in the VIP tent at Preston Park and in our restaurants in town!
Brighton Community Kitchen
Find us working with the amazing team at Brighton Community Kitchen to offer seafood master classes year round. With all proceeds going to local food charities, there are some fantastic local businesses involved.
Lobster Hatchery
The National Lobster Hatchery is a marine conservation, research and education charity based in Padstow, Cornwall, UK.
We have teamed up with them to ensure that lobster stocks are protected in British waters. So every time you buy a lobster, you also set one free!
Loyalty Cards
Ask for a Loyalty Card when you visit one of our restaurants. Every £75 spent at Riddle & Finns will earn you a stamp. After collecting six stamps, you are entitled to redeem your fully stamped card for a main course.
Only one fully stamped card can be exchanged for a main course per table per visit. In the case of more than one main course being ordered, the least expensive dish will be redeemed.
Unfortunately we cannot offer stamps for group reservations. We reserve the right to refuse cards that may look counterfeit or may have been tampered with. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (e.g lunch set menu).
